Stanley and Tonya Hess sold their ownership in Fischers Meat Market, so they could own their own meat company at 100%, in March 2010. In April 2012, the Hess family changed the name of H&W Meat Co., to Hess Meat Market, Inc., as well as renovated and added on to the facility.
At Hess Meat Market, we only run one line so when your animal is being worked on, our entire processing department is focused on your product. We limit how many animals we take in so we can spend the necessary time to get it cut and packaged exactly the way you want it. We double wrap, by hand, every cut to ensure you get the longest freezer life out of your animal.
We sell Hess Meat raised beef and pork halves, whole, or quarters, backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Our animals are fed out animals, not feed lot raised. They are antibiotic and hormone free.
